Printmaking

"

Her passion for Print Art began in 2007 when Meredith first enrolled in Printmaking 101 at San Francisco State University. There she thrived while focusing on the etching based process of intaglio; finding the unknown of how each mark or etch would influence each pull incredibly compelling. After University she continued her practice of print in her home studio, this time focusing on relief work instead. She has spent the last years honing a new style and perfecting her mark making. Influenced by Albrecht Dürer, she studies the influence of each line and it's importance on the greater composition.

What beauty is,

I know not,

though it adheres

to many things.

- Dürer
